The Trailer Of Doctor Strange Sequel To Be Out During Super Bowl And Possible Villains

MCU or Marvel Cinematic Universe does not need any introduction in the entertainment industry, they have been entertaining the fans since 2008 and now after the worldwide success of Spider-Man: No way home, Disney is bringing out the sequel of Doctor Strange, which has been named Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

The release date of the movie is 6 May 2022. The film revolves around the journey of Doctor Strange to the unknown of the multiverse and alternate realities.

It is a buzz that the studio will release the trailer of the movie during the upcoming Super Bowl Game 2022. Sam Raimi, the director of the original Spider-man trilogy, will direct the movie. So get ready for some slow-motion wonders. Apart from Doctor Strange, Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) and America Chavez (Xochitl Gomez) will also play crucial roles in the movie.

There are rumors of many stars playing cameos in the movie such as Tom Cruise as Iron Man, Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, and Ben Affleck as Daredevil.

As for the villain, we knew that evil Doctor Strange will be making an appearance in the movie which is confirmed in the first trailer of the movie. Evil Doctor Strange made his debut in MCU through the series named Marvel’s What If…? Evil Doctor Strange came into existence when he tried to save his love, Christine Palmer from an untimely death. He is the alternate and evil version of Marvel sorcerer supreme.

He became mad while trying to save Christine. He succeeded but he destroyed the very fabric of the universe. Opens the doors for other villains like Shuma-Gorath and Triboro. Both are rumored to appear in the movie.

Shuma-Gorath is one of Doctor Strange’s most impressive foes… and an animal taking after the senior god has effectively been affirmed to be in the film. Shuma-Gorath was initially made by Robert Howard during the 1920s as a feature of the extended Lovecraft mythos and has since shown up as a strong bad guy in Marvel comic books.

Triboro was once said to have managed civilization here on Earth. The god-like magician turns into the Sixth Dimension’s Sorcerer Supreme and tackles the force of lightning. Strangely, he has conflicted with Miss America in the comic books after she ended up abandoned in the Sixth Dimension. With America Chavez getting an MCU debut in this film, would her appearance in The Multiverse of Madness be able to imply a conflict with Triboro?

Benedict Cumberbatch stars as Doctor Strange alongside Benedict Wong as Wong, Elizabeth Olsen returns as Wanda Maximoff, Rachel McAdams as Dr. Christine Palmer, and Chiwetel Ejiofor as Mordo. Michael Stuhlbarg as Dr. Nicodemus West along with newcomer Xochitl Gomez as America Chavez.
